Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing our products. We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied. This product comes with a 2-Year Full Coverage Warranty, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During this time, we will repair or replace, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

We warrant the QuietX-branded products and QuietX-branded accessories contained in the original packaging (“QuietX Product”) against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with our published guidelines for a period of two (2) years from the date of original retail purchase by the end-user purchaser ("Warranty Period"). Our published guidelines include but are not limited to information contained in technical specifications, user manuals and service communications.

What is not covered by this warranty?

This Warranty does not apply: (a) to consumable parts, such as protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (c) to damage caused by use with a third party component or product that does not meet the QuietX Product’s specifications; (d) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, earthquake or other external cause; (e) to damage caused by operating the QuietX Product outside QuietX’s published guidelines; (f) to an QuietX Product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of QuietX or (g) to damage caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the QuietX Product.

This warranty applies to all QuietX branded products only (e.g., earplugs, carry cases, eye masks). If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only unaltered and unmodified items and original workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.

Consequently, we will cover your product against defect and malfunction until such a time that it has been used and worn out beyond reasonable repair. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. “Normal wear and tear” generally mean the wear and tear caused by the expected use of the earplugs over an extended period of time. There are a few factors that determine the end of “product life”, including the following: (1) Color—if the products are discolored, degraded or deteriorated, we may determine this to be end of “product life”’; (2) If a major component fails due to extended use, we may deem the product to have met its full life cycle.

A Close Call

It all started at a rock concert. The music was blasting, and the crowd was wild, but the next morning, my ears were ringing non-stop. I realized the damage was serious, and I knew I needed a solution.

Determined to protect my hearing, I start finding solutions but ended up developing earplugs with my two besties, we work with physics and ergonomic professors who were just shocked that how these party girls just suddenly started to study sound waves. Finally, we found that earplug that reduce harmful noise while preserving sound clarity.

Experience the difference with our earplugs—designed from necessity, perfected for everyone.

This whole ordeal was a real eye-opener—or should I say, ear-opener? Never ignoring my hearing protection again, that’s for sure....
